A tool-calling agent that answers customers across web chat, the mobile app, WhatsApp and Facebook: it searches the live catalogue, reads photos and voice notes, and hands ready-to-buy customers to the sales team, who can take over any conversation.

The model suggests a grade in a fixed JSON format that's validated on every response; a failed or malformed answer is refunded, and a human grader reviews every suggestion.

About me
I'm a software engineer based in Dublin. I've spent years designing, building and deploying web and mobile products end to end — from database schema and APIs to front-end, mobile apps and production infrastructure.
I recently completed a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing at the National College of Ireland, graduating with First Class Honours. I care about clean architecture, data security and software that holds up in production.
I build AI into products, not just with it: tool-using agents that serve customers, pipelines that turn bug reports into tested pull requests, and document extraction with vision models. API keys stay server-side, model output is validated before it's trusted, usage is metered, and a person stays in the loop where it matters. I also code with Claude Code every day, with project guides so the agent follows each codebase's conventions.

- Deliver contract software development for care-sector and commercial clients, working directly with staff and management to turn business processes into practical software.
- Independently built a custom content management system with Django and React, digitising client-service workflows, documentation and reporting.
- Developed form-based workflows, role-based access controls and reporting to support operational and compliance requirements, including a client's preparation for its 2024 regulatory inspections.
- Full-stack development and maintenance of a commercial voucher and deals platform using React, Python/Django, REST APIs and third-party API integration.
